Looking for a professional mobile stage for your event? The New Baltimore Lions Club offers a high-quality mobile stage available for rent for concerts, festivals, parades, community events, and more.

 

Our mobile stage helps support community service initiatives and charitable projects. Your rental not only brings professionalism to your event—it also helps us serve the community!

 

Rental Rates (Effective 11/1/2025)

 

Within New Baltimore City Limits:

​

• $350 per event

• $300 per event for registered non-profit organizations

• No towing fees apply within city limits (subject to change based on council decisions).

​

Outside New Baltimore:

​

• $900 per event

• $800 per event for registered non-profit organizations

• + $400 towing charge

​

Frequent Use Discount

 

Organizations that schedule more than 6 events in a single calendar year will receive a $50 discount per use starting with the 7th booking.

Reservation & Deposit

 

To secure your stage reservation, a $200.00 deposit is required. Click on product banner below to pay your deposit and then email or mail this completed form to the email address or our address below along with:

• A copy of your event map showing stage placement.

• A copy of your liability insurance certificate, listing the New Baltimore Lions Club as additional
  insured.

• A copy of your IRS nonprofit determination letter (if applicable).
