Sponsor Artwork & Logo Specifications
Thank you for supporting the New Baltimore Lions Club! To make sure your business or organization is represented at its best on our banners, posters, website, and event signage, please provide artwork that meets the specifications below. High-quality, properly formatted logos print sharper, look more professional, and ensure your brand gets the visibility it deserves at our events.
General Artwork Requirements (All Placements)
These baseline requirements apply to every logo or graphic submitted, regardless of where it will be used:
• Ideally a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background (300 DPI at the actual size it will be printed) is preferred. Other file types: JPEG, EPS, PDF, or SVG are accepted because they scale to any size without losing quality.
• Avoid: logos pulled from websites, social media, or emails these are almost always too low-resolution for print (typically only 72 DPI).
• Background: transparent background required whenever possible no white or colored boxes around the logo unless that box is part of the actual logo design.
• Orientation: submit logos in their standard horizontal or stacked form do not send pre-skewed, rotated, or watermarked versions.
• File naming: please name files clearly, e.g. "BusinessName_Logo.eps" or "BusinessName_Logo_transparent.png".
Note: When in doubt, send the largest, highest-quality version of your logo you have. We can always scale down we can't add quality that isn't there to begin with.
Sponsor Responsibility
It is the sponsor's responsibility to provide final, print-ready artwork that meets the specifications outlined in this document for the banner, poster, website graphic, or golf outing signage being ordered.
The New Baltimore Lions Club is not responsible for recreating, redesigning, or cleaning up artwork that does not meet these requirements. If a sponsor's submitted artwork does not meet spec and our printer must create, recreate, or adjust the artwork in order to produce the final product, any artwork or design fee charged by the printer for that work will be passed on to the sponsor.
